Pearson is a weird geeza and don’t think he’d last long with the board and DOF. If we lose the next 2 and Warbs is gone then the obvious choice would be Paul Cook. Very good record at Wigan and Portsmouth and available. Wages won’t be mega.
I think you have valid points there.
There is no way MW would deserve to keep his job if we fail to beat either Stoke or Wycombe.

And I disagree with SheepRanger about the players.

They are not particularly good, but it is the manager and his one tactic and formation that is causing the problems. How is it that Bonne scored 11 goals last season for Charlton, yet cannot get a run in the starting line up for a side that is scoring 1 goal per game (boosted by a couple of 3 goals in game and a few with 2 - there have been plenty of blanks along the way)?

MW's defensive weaknesses are there for all to see, 102 goals conceded in 62 games, most goals conceded from set pieces etc.

Get Cook in and let's see what he can do with this squad in what's left of December although with games against Swansea and Norwich I am not sure we can expect much.

not saying what Barton did was right but watching his side and let’s be honest he’s on a minnow budget got them playing decent football. Personally I’d rather have Pearson but I can see him going Sheffield Utd way there going

Eddie Howe we got no hope, Paul cook maybe did well with Wigan but they had kieffer Moore and a better squad imo, genuinely my only gripe with warbs is stubborn and no plan b and not sorting basic errors out. However the errors we make you expect to see in youth football and player should do better.

"The ?? year-old tried to point out that ???/ often keep the ball at the back for too long and don't know how to advance up the field. This is an invitation to opponents to pressure them and force them into errors.

???? also made a harsh judgement about recent performances: "We are not a team that can defend particularly well
        ."

They could be talking about QPR, but it is Dortmund.

But I’m sure you are intelligent enough to realise that if plan A isn’t working and hasn’t worked the last 8 games or so, you’d try every other option, like a plan B or plan C to get something to click, like attempting to win the game? Unfortunately Warbs doesn’t seem to have that mentality and only seems to tinker with plan A all the time!

As a person he seems quite intelligent and speaks very well. He could actually be a good dof or a chairman. As a coach/manager its clear he is limited. An appalling defensive record that wouldn't look out of place in the semi pro league, an insistence on playing a very slow, cumbersome 35 year every week and making him the captain which puts more pressure on him to be involved.

Spending the little money we had available on players who are mostly left on the bench and only brought on when we are chasing a game. Giving a long term high earning contract to a second rate has been from Scotland.

Picking a formation and a style of play that doesn't suit our best/main striker.

All that tells you that he is most probably not the right guy to see this out in the long term.

Has he been sacked by all his previous clubs with all the supporters calling for his head?
                  Things don't change do they?
It is looking very dodgy at the moment and maybe it's time for our DF to take action.

Let’s be honest all his previous clubs fans all warned us this would happen. Play nice football with no product, no plan B, stubborn tactics and team selections, awful substitutions. But we also have to remember that this squad is much worse than last season so we was always going to struggle. In hindsight we should of done so much better with the team we had last season.

Agreed but as the saying goes 'you pay peanuts....' He is a cheap manager and we are getting cheap football. He not Championship material so we aint playing football good enough for Championship. However the board cant afford to spend money on a manager who wants the job. Whoever they interview will get told to sell, and replace with youth. Cut the wage bill more. No decent manager will take that. This is our situation because of the fine we have to pay.
We should be more angry that the fact we are the only club in the world who has been given a massive fine and not had it over turn. Every club has had their fine or ban over turned or shortened. Why have we been made an example off? Thats what angers me, not the way QPR are playing, not the poor squad or the poor manager. Under normal circumstances, that can be fixed with sacking and money so can keep the faith long term. But what happened to us was so unjust that you lose faith in football in general
