In fact we done well to last in Championship as long as we have. Our team is lower tier League 1 quality. The fact is, if we was in League 1 right now then we be mid table and that be because of our midfield. The defence wouldn't make league 2. People talk about playoffs constantly but ask yourself if you was a team like Swansea. Who would you get from QPR? No one. People need to accept that the fine dug our grave and until its taken care off, we cant go forwards. We have the 5th lowest wage budget so we are where we deserve to be.

Yea which all goes back to fine however. We are shortening the wage budget, we are selling our best players and playing youth. Ultimately as long as we keep selling our best players, we will always be weakening the team

I’d still hold off for now but the board need to be asking him some serious questions . Mainly why have you spent a large portion of the transfer budget on a player you are refusing to play ( Bonne ). He has scored more goals in open play this season than Dykes and looks like more of a natural striker but he needs to play .1 up front is fine for a team that has players chipping in with goals from other areas , Chair seems to be our only really threat , Bos is getting worse game by game and there is barely a goal in our 3 centre midfielders . The ball is in Warbs court now , either be positive and try to beat teams rather than try to pass them to death or he will only have himself to blame.

Warburton is so diabolical it's extremely likely he will get us relegated as his parting shot so I believe it's worth using a chunk of the Eze money to sack him and buy-out a manager to replace him.
The world is a big place with a lot of managers potentially available. I don't think it will be hard to get someone better than Warburton. I mentioned Paul Cook a year ago and I'd still grab him. Ian Evett impresses me. Gracia allegedly wants out of Valencia. Joseph Barton seems to have done well at Fleetwood. Mike Flynn does well at Newport ditto Wild Thing at Wycombe. I'm not interested in ex-players per se, there's no "QPR way" or heritage to maintain - I'd want a manager who has a track record of managing useless players on a shoestring budget and getting them to punch up above their weight.
But, irrespective of all that I have a day job that doesn't involve keeping abreast of football managers - there are people at the club who's job is to track players and managers and nurture relationships and channels in the spirit of continuous improvement. Les will have a list of at least 10 managerial targets for June...... no reason he can't tap into that list today if need be.

Cameron ain’t got it too slow rather play a limited ball or look at Battache.
Forwards need quicker and better service our wingers can’t cross and our full backs can’t cross as pro footballers that’s very poor. chair ok he’s young but he can’t cross either but takes set pieces
There’s issues with this squad it’s young but for all it’s failings it’s played some good stuff amongst some dross for the good stuff I applaud warbs but he’s got failings that I don’t think he can sort out a plan b or being proactive before opposing managers. But last up my biggest gripe is the errors we don’t look like rectifying frailties I accept it must be difficult to train when playing every 72 ish hours but watch a bloody video highlighting the errors
it’s a tough watch at present due to the predictable error we will make in a game some of them need a kick up the #### and n MB w ain’t got it in him

He has no interest in QPR now imo.
Probably already sorted out a deal
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.
