First of all apologies for gate crashing your forum, but bear with me because its something that affects us all.
I'm a 64 year old Millwall supporter, the club having been handed down to me from my Dad, and his Dad before him. My Son has that reponsibility now, no doubt its the same for you.
I cant imagine there is to much difference between us, cut from the same cloth as they say, maybe a little difference in style but essentially working class that want to do the best for our Families and have a little bit of release at the weekend watching our teams with our mates, afew beers, and NO POLITICS.
But recently under cover of the lockdowns a divisive element has tried to sneak into the game we love, and we havent been able to do too much about it. The attempted provocation of our support on Tuesday night with your team taking the knee, which they havent down for weeks, plus the black power salute after your goal was shocking, and I know it has embarassed some of you on here.
Our support will not go down without a fight, and we know we need an alliance to make our voices heard, a way to remind club owners we aint here to be mugged off.
below is a post I wrote on our forum. there are people that are a lot more eloquent than me but I hope you understand my strength of feeling.

It seems like an age since Saturday so many opinions all of them heartfelt, but thats how we are, a passionate lot who care about our club.
the response on Saturday was what was expected by us and the media, the headlines were already written on Friday.
I'm in agreement with some people on here that this is gonna be a different sort of battle, there wont be a telling off by the F.A. and a fine.
This is a fight against a big organisation who have a BLM agenda that they want to impose on ALL supporters using racism as a battering ram.
I think we're all aware that we have widespread support for our stand on Saturday, and the follow up last night was the best we could of done in the short time we had after taking into consideration the strength of opinions over this.
So how do we move on from here, Sky and their agenda aint gonna go away, they even suggested we were applauding QPR taking the knee on Tuesday night, typical spin. But as somebody put it on another thread we need to be on the front foot and proactive.
Heres a potential idea. After reading what some of the Rangers supporters comments, there was a link to their forum on an earlier post, and they are as ####ed off as we are by whats happening, it was a mirror of this site (but with less swearing) Anyway this strength of feeling is probably multiplied thousands of times all across the country, but its how you focus this anger and direct it, instead of letting it dissapate and the moment is lost.
I will try to get on the Rangers site and post something to drum up support, something I wouldnt normally dream of doing, but I believe we have to respond, we cannot let this political #### be imposed on us

An open letter could be written and somehow posted on a few forums (we all have mates who follow other clubs) maybe touching on our typical response to the kneeling on Saturday, and the subsequent follow up at the QPR game, our fears for the future, and suggestions of how to make your clubs supporters voices heard...letters to CEOs. and a long shot, getting them to chant their support for us.
please feel free to add or take away from this.

    Alright Block.
I have disowned my team after Tuesday.
I actually posted so here, I am disgusted and disappointed with them kneeling down and I did not even bother to watch the #### show that sky are serving up.
I cannot find any joy in the game I've lived for since the 70s.
The vilification of the wall fans for Saturday is a on a level of Nazi tactics in the 1930s.
If you didn't back them they turned on their own.
I don't want politics in the club I used to love,or the game, and certainly not extreme left wing race baiting #### that is happening right now.
The #######s are doing everything to divide us, mayor ##### has even today come out saying London is racist.
    Enough!!!!

More than happy to be involved but open letter needs to cover:
      - Blm is a political movement - registration with the Electoral Commision pending.
      - Embrace all other activities to stop racism and discrimination in the game and community
      - Fears that BLM association on football might inflame far right reactions.

      #### Sky - they have been lecturing most of the year on COVID and today three key personnel have been stood down because of covid breaches. ##### the lot of em!

This is exactly what we need. Unification of voices within the supporter community. I’m with Dave who started this thread. I can no longer relate to the club or players whilst this poison permeates throughout.
You already have the football alliance, surely their forum must be active against BLM. We definitely need to stand together. I’ll post your message block to my mates from other clubs and hope they will then post it on forums they are active on.

At the end of the day if we ever come out of this covid mess if real fans (not the limp wristed, snowflake, millennial, self loathing, apologetic, Bbc brainwashed, plebs that think BLM are the equivalent of Martin Luther Kings civil rights movement), fail to turn up football dies. Football grounds become lifeless and soulless. The players feed off the fans passion (and money) so let’s take that away. There are thousands of disgruntled fans up and down the country. Sky, linekar and the entire football establishment think we are so stupid they can shove all this ###### at us and continue to get away with it.

Great post Blockhouse, yes we need to unite against this poison.

The first thing to do is cancel your Sky TV package and tell Sky in no uncertain terms why you are cancelling, I did this on Wednesday.

I also phoned the club to complain and spoke to the club secretary, she listened and from her voice I felt she was under a lot of pressure on this matter, she said Lee Hoos would phone me, no call from him yet, but I will phone the club again in the morning to speak to him.

Without our money they will soon fold, so do not give them any, and for me, the includes the club.

I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

Thanks for giving me time and space on your forum, it’s action now, time to get on the front foot as I said, the support for us is growin and as long as the pressure is kept up by us supporters we can get rid political posturing like this. I read a Norwich supporter was banned the other evening in the match with forest. Ok they can make their own rules inside the ground...... but for ####s sake turning on your own, owners and executives need to be reminded that football Clubs belong to the supporters, and the ownership is passed down from generation to generation. I will pass on your comments to our lot via our forum and see where we go. In the meantime do what you can please, be creative it doesn’t have to be booing.
Once again thanks for your input, and I like your style Dave.
PS, I Haven’t had sky in any form for about 15 years.

Sorry for taking over your site R’s fans .
Another Millwall fan here , just not as old as Block though(: Good forum site and some decent subjects.
Couldn’t but help posting to correct Bracknell Neil
on here cos he’s seems to be a bit ignorant about his London history.
The New Cross , Deptford fire of several decades ago killed 13 not 19 and yes twice this was mentioned in relation to the booing incident.
I live not to far away from the incident and can tell you it had nothing to do with Millwall supporters or any other locals at that time, though it’s been mentioned several times by all news channels as if Millwall fans were responsible for it . BLM use it as one of their campaigns for racial hatred and will continue to be by all and sundry.
The latest extensive research showed that 9 men ( all black) had apparently caused the fire over
an internal row that occurred at the party.
This investigation has been going on for decades and the latest investigation was in 2014 when the nine men were traced to Jamaica where all trace of them has dissipated. The independent still have the latest news on their website.
It’s been common knowledge that Millwall fans have had nothing to do with those murders and people like Bracknell Neil just embarrass themselves by playing the mainstream left wing agenda narrative & I ain’t a Tory.

Wow, that’s a bit racist isn’t it. What has anyone said to be labelled racist bigots. When you mindlessly insult people for having an opinion about a serious threat to football you become part of the problem. Pull your head out of the sand and see what is going on. Otherwise take a knee, bow down in submission to these clowns and lose football to corporate sponsored anarchy. Or maybe take a stand alongside other fans affected by the same poison and try to get our national game back.
