Let down. Never wanted him in the 1st place and although he was harshly sacked, we could do much better. The fact that Warnock is wanted as 1st choice makes settling for Dowie even more dissapointing.

Don't get me wrong...I'll support him and feel he could help, but no way is he the better option.

I assume this is where you're being told we're heading now?
      Your mum would love me...

Very disappointed as I thought this would be a new start with owners NOT going down the cheap route

i like dowie as a person.. as a manager his footy is like his face: ugly.. but that doesnt concern me.

i would question his managerial skills in a relegation scrap like the one we're in now.. players arent on a high like they was when he was here.
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
                  Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

I'm not sure it's the right choice BUT i don't think he should have been sacked in the first place and he is certainly better than Harford!

I'd be very disappointed if Dowie were to be brought back. Like others, I felt totally underwhelmed when I heard of his appointment first time round. After all the speculation surrounding Warnock, Coppell, and Curbishley, Dowie's re-appointment would leave me underwhelmed a second time. :(

Never the right choice and most felt that at the time.
