If We Want A Fiery No-Nonsense manager

    Why didn't we keep magilton?

Sure Warnock is not going to go softly softly on these players, if he decides come.

We tend at this club to go full circle

I didn't want Mag to leave and Buzz should of been shown the door.

Stoke dealt with it well and the manager is more important than any player.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

You can be fiery and no-nonsence, and get a response... if you have respect from the players.
        Magilton didn't.

        Warnock/Dowie probably would.

Hold on hold on, WE didnt make the decision to fire Jim Magilton, that was done by our wonderful owner.

A no nosense manager is what we need, but next time if a woos of a player doesnt like it our board need to make the correct decision and put THE PLAYER on the transfer list!...

          I would have kept Magilton.
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

Agreed. JM for me is just a loud mouthed muppet who had a temper and wanted to be abusive. Warnock is more of the type who wouldn't need to open his mouth and be abusive...a nice loving stare would do the job well enough. He also won't think twice about dropping you for a youth team player if you were under-performing. No one is safe when Colin is in charge.
            Your mum would love me...

I guess you need to ask the Sporting Director.

Loneranger80, I'm not saying anything on the takeover.

Put yourself in my position, if anything goes wrong at this late stage and I hype it up, you will get many on here and other boards twisting what I have written.

We had a shocking run of form just before Magilton left.
Irrespective what may or may not have happened with Buzz, I suspect he would have been on his way anyway -- he may have already lost the dressing room for some reason?

If Warnock comes you will see a big clear out at the end of the season. The only negative about this takeover/appointment is that it should have happened before January window as clear out could have started straight away.

I think if we have Warnock in charge our starting line up for 1st game of next season will include u will see only Connolly, Gorkss, Buzz and Cook out of our normal 11. The rest will be gone.

Personally hope he signs Danns/Clyne/Speroni. Might be jumping the gun here though!!!

It all depends whether you headbutt (aledgedly) your players or are just a hard gaffer.

Well even under Magilton we had our fair share of half-hearted tackles. I genuinely think that is something we have to get rid of first because it is why we are losing every week. The lack of commitment in our team was present under Magilton but I have faith that Warnock can turn us into a high tempo team with 110% in every tackle from every players whether they are centre backs or left wingers.
