  • Paul Jewell

Is available and free no need to cough up any compensation.

Did a terrific job at Bradford recently and seemed to be turning things around at Derby before the impatient board sacked him

    Go get him Amit

He did very well with Wigan, they were a good side under him.
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

That would still make the third longest serving manager in the last three years!! :waaaht:

              He's turned us down before.
Also comes with some 'baggage' if I remember correctly.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

He'll never manage again after that homemade video was released...

I seriously wouldn't mind Dowie back if Warnock is not interested and of course, if Briatore is no longer Chairman.

Although his teams are not renowned for pleasing football and the resaon he got sacked, Dowie at least can organise a side and get them to keep clean sheets as well as score a few goals from set pieces.

The rumours are that Dowie is plan B if we dont get Mr Warnock

Agreed, and I'm not entirely convinced that Dowie was sacked purely for football reasons.

He was doing well, and he possibly under-estimated the potential for FB to meddle with his squad.
                        He'd keep us up.

Similar to Warnock and would definitely keep us up.

I mentioned him a while ago and got shot down in flames.

                          :drunk:
