    because of the weather.

    1. Palace - fair enough, it was ****ing down.

    2. Plymouth - a joke, I live near the Bush and the streets were all fine from snow and ice.

    3. Watford - ok, it was raining, but not that much.

    New groundsmen next season!
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

I think you've got to go back to the 70's, pre-Omniturf pitch to find the last season. The area has poor drainage -- that's why we had the artifical surface in the first place.
However, the pitch has generally been OK since the Omniturf went -- this new pitch just doesn't seem up to the job.

            I disagree with most.
It was a great decision to call the game off.
If only the lads could find there passing game it would be an advantage.
The pitch has looked superb this season and u could play lawn bowls on it, so why f u c * it up just for the sake of keeping a few happy.
I think if travelling from afar then you need to go by the weather forecast as it was clear to me that it wouldn't go ahead, hence my post of warning everyone at 9:30am.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
