Warnock - Mirror....
Some fair points in there? I think so.
I know he's viewed as QPR's possible "Saviour" right now... and the state we're in, I can understand that.
But I don't quite understand why he is The Chosen One all of a sudden?? His situation is complicated, it'll take time that we don't have, he's expensive because he's contracted to another club, we're being driven by desperation here... but there are other managers who are out of work right now, and who have more on their CV than Warnock has.
Like I say, I'd be fairly happy with him, compared to the journeymen jokers we've had recently... and certainly happier than getting Lothar Matthaus(!!).
But IF Flavio Briatore has gone, and that opens the door for us to be able to attract decent managers again, then why are we putting all our eggs in Warnocks basket, and hoping/waiting that he is told by some administrators that he must go, even though he'd rather stay at Palace?
There are other managers, you know. Available, and with better records than him.
I'll probably get shot to bits here(!)... but over the last 10 years, even Iain Dowies CV is equally, if not more impressive than Neil Warnocks, if you actually look at it without the blind panic we find ourselves in.
