Reasons to be cheerful

following on from the amusing Billericay Dickie stuff and as an antidote to the gloom of yesterday’s grabbing defeat from what should have been a relatively easy win...
1. Little Tom. Played rather well I thought. If, and it’s a big if, we can get the right players running through , we might be quite useful.
2. And one of those could be Smyth. Has twice impressed from the bench and looks like he could be like a new signing.
3. That surely wasn’t the team that will start v Forest.

I'm glad we're out of that cup and hopefully that result will cause the Board to free up some more of the Eze cash to sign the players we need. I suspect the final pieces wont be put in place until the last week of the window.
