Multiple clubs interested now, so no need to undersell!

Cant make my mind up about the Hugil deal. Apparently West Spam want 5 mill!!
    I'd leave it.
They don't want him, so their price will come down later in the window.

For the next two years of his WH contract. If we are prepared to pay him £15k a week he will have a shortfall of £1.8m in lost wages (£18k x 104 weeks). It will be up to WH to give him a high proportion of that to him out of the £5m transfer fee they get. It depends how much they want his wages off their books and they would still get £3.2m net of the transfer fee. If it ain't good enough then they can sell him to a championship team with parachute money!

33k per week would blow a hole in what we've been trying to achieve over the last few seasons. It would set huge inequalities that could lead to discontent in the squad.

Hugill is clearly a non-starter on a permanent basis - we cannot afford his wages. I suspect another loan out is on the cards for Jordan but I reckon West Ham will want a higher proportion of his wages paying AND a commitment to buy at end of the loan. If they cant secure any of that I suppose he could return here on loan BUT...... I'd be severely worried he'd do a "Nahki" in January - if someone popped up offering Hammers a fee in January they'd bite their hand off and we'd be left high and dry again.

I`m not sure I want Kieffer Moore to sign.. From Hugill we know what we will get. Moore is not that experienced in the Championship

What the hell is "SportWitness"? It's as credible as reading graffiti from the cubicle door of a pub toilet.

We've bid £500K for Charlie Goode, apparently

Northampton Centre Back - 6ft 5 inches tall!

Didn’t we buy Darren Peacock from the Cobblers for £250k? He didn’t do too bad for us did he? And then sold him onto the Toon for good money aswell if I remember rightly?

Anyone know anything about him? From Watford area and played at Hendon as a youngster so we might hold a advantage over boro of wanting to stay down south!
