I agree. As I said earlier, why the rush to sell him when the window is open until October.

The club are accepting practically the first few offers. Could they not just bluff and say they have already turned down a 6M offer for him? I am quite sure other clubs and business do this i.e. Estate Agents.

Preston sold a striker last summer for upwards of 10m to a Premiership club and I don't recall a bidding war going on for him.

The club is being run poorly by the owners and their staff and has been since they took over.

Yes the club needs funds but by accepting such low offers means more players need to be sold and the cycle goes on and on. Last season QPR sold Freeman Furlong Smith and raised less than 8M for them and with all the other players that moved on it meant 15 new signings to replenish the squad.

Other clubs get big prices for their best players yet we sell ours at 1995 prices despite the big monies clubs get from their TV deals.

11 months left on contract , Bid turned down in January, which we have upped by nearly 2 million . Why are other clubs not bidding more Stan , you never seem to answer that question ?How can that be the clubs fault ?

Every time we sell a player we always seem to believe that they are worth more than what they are.

In the summer we all thought Freeman was sold on the cheap but can’t get a game at Sheffield Utd.

We have some players that show signs of potential such as BOS. But has developed any finished product - I’d say there’s been glimpses.

if he continues to develop he’s an £8m player, if he goes backwards he’s a £2m player at best.

we have to sell whilst the irons hot and i therefore think the anything over £4m is good business.

The money was good for Freeman last year and Furlong was also reasonable.

Dont be disappointed when we sell Eze for less than we all hope for. Unfortunately he’s not close to a finished product and I’m not convinced he’ll get better than his current level. I’d expect him to go for £12m and on what he’s achieved so far, bearing in mind he’s not that young, I think that’s a fair value.

Sorry, but QPR are under selling their players. They should put a valuation on a player and try and get as near to it as they can. Create a false bidding war by bluffing.

I know I get accused of spin by certain posters but the reality is this . Bos has only really established himself in the team since his goal at Birmingham in December, before that it was all potential. The club have been trying to extend his contract all season but he has refused , don’t blame him he can earn much more elsewhere.Unfortunatly Man Utd and Bayern Munich don’t seem interested which would have bumped the price up . We turned down a bid of 3 million in January so we have held out and got considerably more .We couldn’t risk losing him for nothing next summer so a deal has to be done . The COVID situation also doesn’t help as clubs are being a bit more prudent .I would like to think there is a sell on clause involved as well but he hasn’t agreed personal terms yet so it could still fall through.My own opinion is he’s a 10 million pound player but other clubs don’t seem to think so .

I don't want this to come across as a dig as you think Les doing ok and to a certain extent I agree he's got a no win job due to TF cocking it right up but and this is my main gripe with Les he's not a businessman or salesman not his fault but this weakness is costing Qpr money in purchasing and selling and for that reason I believe Les should only be no more than an ambassador. If we had a Darrah Mcanthony we would get top dollar as he's build his fortune from selling and investment. You have to accept with DM he buys and if they are a hit they are. gone in a season but at top end profit.

Dont sell him yet. As pointed out already the window closes in Oct. By then other clubs will be looking to replenish their own squads and may look to players like BOS Eze Manning Chair etc. Or Dont you get that either.

So you want to wait until October in the hope we get bigger bids , potentially taking Bos into the last 7/8 months of his contract you are devaluing him .Just because the transfer window isn’t open doesn’t mean clubs can’t make offers , it means you can’t officially do the deal until the window opens .Its all well and good clubs declaring an interest but it’s all about firm bids .

DoF Ferdinand is not up to the job just as Beard wasn't as Chief Executive. He was shafted and so is Ferdinand.

The more you wait the more you devalue him , we are talking months being left on contract , same happened with Austin and club got slaughtered for selling to cheap .We turned down a bid in January it’s no secret he’s been on the market.

The solution is to remove whoever agrees the fees that’s the solution bring in someone who’s got the relevant skills not fkin hard. If I want a salesman to work in sales I don’t advertise for a secretary. We’ve a warehouse operative dabbling in sales in effect

Your entitled to your opinion but prices are market driven regardless of who’s doing the selling .Like I said if it’s such a cheap price why are other clubs not falling over themselves to get involved ?

Wrong sales people drive prices of rolls Royce build cars for £1 does it mean if they sell for £2 they’ve made a decent profit or obtain what they deem is value. It’s up to the sales team to generate the interest or say no got a better offer that’s turned down we want x not crumble under desperation.

We can agree to disagree , I think the price is driven by clubs bids not what we ask for . Clubs have been scouting us all season and know what they are prepared to pay regardless of what we ask for .

If this article is correct and Leicester, Brighton and Fulham are still after him I cannot understand we have agreed with Brugge already. It does not make sense !
