MH is just trying to save face before he's asked to be on his merry way, If it makes him feel good, and he thinks the players will play better tonight on what he says not on what might be going on soon, then let him believe it, we all know the truth though. Bye Bye Mick.

I dont blame Mick he was never bought in to manage the side just to assist.

I blame the board lets hope they can rectify the mistakes made recently

I agree. Keegan realised he was not upto managing England and resigned.

However, I guess Keegan could afford to do that, whereas Harford needs to stay in the game, and being seen as a quitter wont help him.

The real blame is not his, but the people who rushed into appointing Hart and then Harford, when a few phone calls to Palace might have lured away Warnock, or perhaps someone like Alan Irvine.

Of course, with FB & GP running the show, any manager worth his salt would like the above, would most probably have said 'no thanks'.

You obvioulsy dont remember Harford as a player then Quaz, one of the toughest players around. This mess is not his fault, it was here long before he came and tried to help us out of it, he may not be up to the job but what manager is going to walk out after 6 games saying 'i cant turn this around'?

Our slide started well before they came along. They inherited what Magilton started.

Heard it all before, usually just a day or so prior to another embarassing performance.

I suppose that the starting line up will tell us if there is any truth in his intentions. It is hardly surprising the owners interfere with team selection, when so called managers pick the likes of Matt Hill in a Championship starting eleven.
