Is Les using racism as a shield from criticism? Doesn't appear so from the article.

Of course there are racist QPR fans, but that doesn't reflect on the fan base as a whole and we certainly don't have a rep like Chelsea/Leeds.

I've been following rangers for about 47 years home and away , never in all this time have I heard one rascist comment from any of our fans . I'd like les to show some proof of this before he puts it to paper .... I've always been proud that my club has never been tainted with this ... I still remember watching my brother play in the surrey cup final at shotermill and them making monkey noises when our players touched the ball .. I confronted some of their fans about it . I would be shocked if this has happened at our club if so les should name them and ban them

I doubt he actually took the time to ask them their names...

Respect for doing that. A lot of people wouldn't say anything.

I haven't heard much but unfortunately, I have to say that in the past I did hear racist comments made towards black players, but also to some fans (me and my brother were called something (we are not black) whilst standing in the Loft (early 80s).

It is a lot better now at QPR, but I wouldn't say it doesn't still happen.

P.S. Sheep shaggers is racist and QPR fans are guilty of singing this song towards Welsh fans and teams.

And that last paragraph is why the snowflakes insist racism is on the rise.
Everything seems to be racist as long as it not aimed at white people, and that I'm afraid is the truth, but I'm sure someone will be along to claim I'm wrong and racist for posting it.

edit I realise traditional Welsh people are predominantly white unless they have been down a coal mine!
But I don't count those jibes as racism personally.
