Lee Cook has pleaded with QPR owner Flavio Briatore to give manager Mick Harford time to sort them out.
We need all the QPR supporters to get behind us and for everybody to pull together.
The players are all behind the gaffer, I think everybody at the club understands and knows Mick is going to be here until the end of the season.
