To be fair to them they are ran a lot better then QPR and sell their players at a premium price
We could learn A LOT from themUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes

I do have to agree chaps. Losing freeman for 4m is pretty disgusting. although he is too good for us and deserves his move, no way should we allow ourselves to get that shafted. They've just got 100m for getting in the premier and we value our best player at 4m, extremely hard to forgive. I like Warburton but he needs much better support around him. Bloke is not a miracle workerI played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

For instance they could have transfer listed Austin to alert clubs they would sell him in the January and perhaps a few clubs would have started bidding. His asking price earlier in the season was £15m for which they did receive bids of over £12m, so perhaps those same clubs could have offered £6-8m if still interested. That may not have happened, but to quietly agree a low fee with Southampton was surely wrong.
As for Smithies, they put in a £3M release clause when he signed his new deal, why so low?
Now they have sold Freeman and Luongo is likely to go for a rock bottom fee as he is entering the last year of his deal and QPR would be asking him to accept a very low (by footballers standards) wage to sign a new one. I would offer him a bigger salary in the hope he signs a deal and then sell him if clubs want to buy him. This would mean he gets sold at something nearer his true value. Of course if no bids came in they would be stuck with a more expensive contract, but I think he is a decent midfielder who can flourish in the right team and better coaching and they would eventually get bids.
