Don't get me wrong I have a feeling that Eustace was / has the ability to be good a good football man so what's the point of having him and Warburton at a cash strapped club our size

He's simply there to bridge the gap between the players and the manager (be a confidant) as well as offer an opinion as the the manager's tactics and decisions.
Can't think of any managers who don't have one so why not have Eustace who has clearly, based on the uplift in performances since McClaren, got on well with the players already ?

They can become quite famous. Like Big Sam and Little Sam. Maybe they need to have same name though. Beyond that (and this is a genuine question) I often wonder what managers' do so think it is unfair to single out assistant managers. By the way, did you see Citeh's management crew at the weekend...... appeared to be at least 30 of them!
