Chaps I would warn you now, This is a very very bad move for your club this numpty is a wrong un, He knows one system & when that doesnt work there is no Plan B. As soon as it goes wrong you will hear the refrain,
"It is what it is & we move on"
TBH you should "MOVE" him on asap.

Great interview, I know they all do great interviews.
But I liked the work ethic/defend as a team line, as well
as it's about creating chances in the final 3rd not just about possession.
I think he should have it easier than SM, as lets face it, we don't expect
much, unlike Mac had been vaunted as the man to "take us the next step up"
Good luck to him, but other than Mr Warnock, these things don't
usually end well.
I'll wait till after Christmas till I decide whether he's perfect for us.
