  • Quality in our team

Smac's record as a coach is top draw. Things are not going well at the moment but he has a squad which to say the least is not too strong.
How many of our squad would make the team in of the top six in the league at the moment? Not too many I think.

Agree. Aside from Freeman we are bang average. Hall and Wells might make a top 6 team as better players around them would help them perform better than they have with us.

Our squad is average but you don't need loads of talented individuals to make a good team.

IMO, we've simply struggled without the experience of Cameron in the midfield and Rangel at the back and although their return won't suddenly make us a real force, they will help make us a bit more organised and balanced which will see us over the line.

Only Freeman, he won’t be here come the summer.

I am not sure why many feel Freeman won't be around much longer. If he, as most agree, is the top player on the team, how much would it take for us to seriously consider a sale, and if we did what would we do with the $10m or so we would have that would compensate for his absence?

                Here’s two reasons
He’ll want to leave at the end of the season and we can’t afford to turn down any half decent offers.

Clubs like Middlesboro and other top 6 challengers as well as at least 1 of the relegated Premiership clubs will be interested in buying Freeman in the Summer and he will certainly want to talk to them. If QPR receive offers of £7m plus they will be willing to sell him given the FFP rules and QPR's lack of funds.
