No chance. The guy's a prat.

I dislike his mangerial style as he is far from a motivator. He's a decent tactition, but that only really works at a higher level. You need respect and discipline at this level and Sven couldn't command it.

The only other alternative is having him as a DoF and that would be even worse. No manager likes to work under that role.

You kidding me? Wouldnt get respect? One of the best reputations in club management ( wasnt club manager at County or at England) and our players would not respect that?
