For what it’s worth I think you were somewhat provoked to be honest.“He'll regret it till his dying day, if ever he lives that long”

I read a very good piece in the Football League paper around the time of the Ipswich game and Rangel is very much enjoying his time at QPR and is grateful for the chance to express his ability with us, is enjoying working with McClaren etc. He did say how tricky he found it being away from home and his family living in a hotel as he’s not prepared to uproot them and in time off he’ would go back to visit or they will come and visit him. I don’t think we should worry about that though in relation to him staying as all the other clubs linked are far from Wales which I imagine his home to be. I think he’s been a brilliant addition for us and seems like a great person, calm yet competitive and knows his and the game inside out. I would definitely like to see him stay until the end of the season at least. It’s his place to lose with Furlong waiting. I hope he gets more plaudits. Steve Mac talks about the three new signings changing things - Cameron. Hemed, Wells and I know Rangel came in a little before that trio but I would like to see him included in this category.Last edited by Steve_Mac_Fan; 21-11-2018, 02:30 AM.

We didn’t do him a favour. His years at Swansea means he needs to prove nothing to anyone and now he’s doing what he’s paid to for us
If he stays great. If someone pays him more to leave, good luck to him he deserves it. No weird guilt trip controlling tactic from me
