Not for me. If we're going for someone with zilch experience again, I'd prefer it to be someone who has actually impressed with tactical insight. Lampard did. For me Danny is more all over the shop.

I said elsewhere that Ainsworth would be a good fit give him a 3 year deal and stick to it even if we go down , we've been scraping by for three years now and don't know about anybody else but I get the feeling that religation sooner or later is a probability ,
Ainsworth has been doing a steady job at wyecombe with and nurturing young players seems to be good at man management , I could well be wrong but I get the feeling this might not be a strong point with S Mc

Unknown foreign managers seem to be all the rage now, Huddersfield/Fulham/Wolves being prime examples. Even us a decade or so back, when Gigi Di Canio came in. Wouldn't mind going for someone like that.Top Scorers 2018/2019

I keep hearing that McLaren has blown out the youngsters in manning , smyth and Osayi-Samuel etc. Yet warnock if he did come would also want to play experienced players over the youngsters as was shown in our promotion season under him. Warnock isn’t getting any younger so he would want to hit the ground running rather than developing young talent .In hindsight maybe we should have just left Ollie in charge with a brief of just playing our youngsters and planning for the future because right now I don’t know what direction the club is heading.
he finally got 352 out of his system, he obv motivated them
