My question is why is he struggling so much with Cardiff this season?

I think the best we can do is go for Ainsworth give full control and stick with him for a minimum of three years even if we go down because the way things are going we are scraping by year after year , make a complete break from this plan that plan start at the bottom on the playing side get rid of the jobs for the boys ie what Sinton does

Warnock is struggling because the players arnt good enough plus Cardiff are being sencible and not signing shlt premier players on loads of dosh , is Warnock using QPR as a model of what not to do ??
