    Still at it

Willow was majestic at the back, always had confidence in him.

I remember his penalty in the cup against Millwall. (IIRC)

I remember it well, few scraps in Ellerslie when it went in.

Surprised Dawes doesn’t get a mention

              Or Kenny Sansom
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

wouldn't disagree with the op, the only player I think would improve ''that'' 70's team
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble

I was going to mention him but I didn't want to be accused of regional bias as he is a Croydon lad. I used to know him quite well and drove up to rotherham for his QPR debut with his parents. He was a great full back and nice bloke. I bumped into him a few years ago and he still knew all about us.

Dawsey and Warren Neil another great full back pairing.

Wilson was actually a central midfielder, and a bloody tidy one at that - but he never seemed to get a regular run at Chelsea and we nabbed him. Not long in
he ended up at left back, I think because of injuries, or someone moving on (maybe Sansom?), and the rest is history as they say. A tough act to follow, and Brevett was a trier, but ultimately dog ####, sorry
