We need a no nonsense player. International who will help the young ones. A talker which we desperately need too. Look at Hefele last night - no pace but a leader
Cant believe people are being critical- will be a great signing if it happens
The fact he can play centre back and CDM is a massive bonus

United States defender Geoff Cameron leaving Stoke for QPR loan - sources
Stoke's Geoff Cameron and Leicester's Riyad Mahrez Getty6:02 PM

Stoke City and United States international defender Geoff Cameron is headed to Championship side Queens Park Rangers on loan, a source with knowledge of the deal has confirmed to ESPNFC.
NBCSports.com was the first to report the news, adding that the loan will last through January.
Following Stoke's relegation from the Premier League last season, Cameron stated his desire to move away from the Potters and he has been left out of manager Gary Rowett's plans this season.
Now Cameron is headed to London where he will bolster a QPR side that is currently third from bottom with three points from five matches. QPR also have the worst defensive record in the league, having conceded 13 goals.
After starting his professional career with the Houston Dynamo, Cameron moved to Stoke prior to the start of the 2012-13 campaign. He proved to be a versatile performer, playing in both defence and midfield, and went on to make 186 appearances scoring two goals.
At international level, Cameron has made 55 appearances for the U.S., scoring four goals.
He was part of the U.S. side that played in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

I hope he does join as he will at least boost the number of defenders at the club. He can also play RB as well as CDM so can provide competition for places. However, I was hoping that they would add some much needed speed to the defence. With Furlong out injured as well as Hall nowhere near full fitness youth and speed are lacking in defence.nsa/cia spy on this..............┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐
