I thought we'd have 3/7 thought we'd be a lot more solid than the last two games have been. Seems to have been a collective meltdown of 6 to 7 players all at the same time. That needs to stop

Four was realistic but no one saw zero with minus 11 goal difference. We do miss Smithies for his all round game and the confidence the back four had in him. In saying that we have poor centre halves this season so maybe not such a shock to have no points

Not many after we didn't sign permi players with Smithies money and from expected sale of Loungo. I expected our season to start properly from Sept.

I knew we were bang in trouble when we appointed McClaren and predicted a relegation fight in a few posts, but I admit I didn't think it would be this bad. I always knew McClaren was just a "have been" with a famous name, just like the players Fernandes kept signing when he took over - a manager well past his due date. I didn't make an exact predition match by match, but if asked now I think I would have suggested 2-4 points.

We were playing 2 teams who could still make the play offs at the last few weeks of the season, a team who have just come down from the Premier League and a side who had a good season last year.
