Ingram totally lost in goal; no idea what to do with ball, lack of proper positioning, gotta be replaced; will personally cost us 8-10 games. Leistner okay, but needs fellow CB (like Grant Hall) who can play. Baptiste is a wonderful sub but not a starter. Bidwell too slow, univentive, below average in every category; need replacement. Rangel and Furlong and Kakay solid down the right flank. Luongo is in a deep funk; not the same player as last year; instead of dictating play is following the run of play; would bench until he gets his head back into QPR. Freeman with skill but a TOTAL ball hog; would rather dribble past four defenders than deftly pass for a shot. Scowen a gamer but far too sloppy with passes; has to sharpen. Pavel lost his nerve two seasons ago; no longer drives to goal with confidence; good sub at best. Eze will be a playmaker and scorer if he has ANY help around him. Conor has no ability to score goals, period; a choke artist when the final touch is needed; nearly 4 seasons of evidence now; no more please. Smyth and Bright are potentially productive stalwarts on offense due to their speed; need playing time. Conflicted on Matt; valuable at times but painfully slow and unable to pivot plays to others. Interested in developing Chair and Oteh and Phillips. In loan market need to recruit a LB, CB, seasoned midfielder and scorer.

Baptiste and Rangel did ok the rest were dreadful and are nowhere good enough to survive. The midfield three need dismantling as they clearly do not give a ####. Luongo looks like he is 3 stone over weight or he has lost the ability to run.Comment
