Summer transfer and twitter Loan Window rumour thread 18/19
If we sign the Huddersfield CB (Hefele), we will have two or three realtively slow centrebacks? It will be a challenge, but if their postional play will function individually and complementary , I can see Leistner and Hefele as a solid CB-pairing.
And we lose out on another one...... The72: EFL News @FBL72 NEWS: Ipswich Town have beaten Peterborough United and QPR to sign former England C international, Barnsley and Grimsby striker:http://the72.co.uk/113011/ipswich-to...imsby-striker/ …#ITFC #PUFC #QPR #BarnsleyFC #COYR #YouReds #

That would be a disaster. Let’s hope plugfootball is a full of sh!t account
Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes

And of course, communication shouldn't be a problem..Might flumocks the opponents tho'.

What did we pay for him? £100-£150k? You just know if they bid ANYTHING reasonable, that might give us a profit, the board will snap their hand off...even if it is a bloody insult to the club!!
This lad made his international debut last season and is definitely one for the future with potentially a long career ahead of him, we should be tieing these type of players down to long contracts with a fee we build into the contract that might trigger a release clause, and that fee would be what we consider he is worth NOT some tin pot tiny Prem league club.
My guess is they will come in with a joke bid of say £800k and we will accept it! We should be playing lads like this in the starting X1 FFS!!!
Lets hope the Smyth rumour is just that. He definitely need tying down on a long term deal.
This with bells on!
But to be fair to the lad, what would you do if a Prem club showed interest in you and your own club didn't want to offer you a longer contract? Stay with a struggling Championship club that will be fighting a relegation battle all season or move to the milk and honey of the Prem league? Hmmm...? ANY offer and he will be gone, this is the sad state of affairs our once great club is now in.
