If you are referring to QPR Plus, then you would need to be outside of UK and subscribe either for a season pass, monthly or per game subscription.

It's the start of a new era and within 5 years I'd expect to see all games shown live on the Internet.

It will force clubs to lower their ticket costs which won't be a bad thing either.
