It's never been personal for me. Just the role he held.

I think he juggled balls of fire when we were struggling to pay the bills... and the Holloway "Gardening Leave" thing was the right thing to do. At that time.
Not the most popular opinion, but there you go.

If we're going back to the "Manager runs the football side of things"... great. Good sign of lessons learned?

That isn't necessarily true, although I think for the sake of trying to pull together the fanbase, he does probably need to be removed completely from day to day running of the club.

You don't get it do you, we fans are not stupid changing a mans job title means absolutely nothing. The presence of Paladini at the club is the issue and all ties must be severed with him if this club is to move forward. Simply stepping down from his role as DoF is just a token gesture which will not be accepted.
