Anyone Else think If we lose a Couple More, Flavio Will Walk?
i'd take a bet he is not here at the end of the season?
Fancy a flutter?
As pointed out, a big difference between walking and selling. He could appoint a new chairman while still remaining the majority (and therefore controlling) shareholder. Then it would be a question of where the money comes from to bankroll the club (i.e. if not Flav then who? Answer: no one without having a controlling interest themsleves).
In that case, you could assume the "Chairman" would essentially be charged with recovering as much money from the biz as possible to meet loans due to creditors (i.e. Flav). We'd essentially be back in the Chris Wright era.
Yea definitely, I posted last night about how he simply cannot afford for us to go down, if it continues to head that way he is going to have to cut his losses and get a quick sale or face an even heavier financial hit!

Indeed, if one were wanting to be really mischievous, one could even suggest the players are doing their bit to force his hand.

Well I said when Hart went that things wd have to get even worse before they got better. While I can never will Rangers to lose if a couple of defeats do force Flavio to leave and the club is passed into the hands of people who have a) money and b) sanity then those defeats cd be seen long term as victories of sort. But it needs to be sorted quickly because this season is v rapidly draining away.
Just my opinion, but the more we win the price of the club increases, the more we lose the value goes down. He is spending less time at games and he must know its time to move on
Obviously Flavio wants a good price and it would be better for him to go sooner than later.
New owners will surely bring a English Manager who knows the game inside out and allow him to buy players.
Many mistakes have been made and one thing is for sure, they need to reduce prices and change the way the club is structured, because at this rate no-one is going to renew.
I'd expect changes before the end of the season to be honest, dunno about the manager status until the summer, but Flavio must know its time to move on. Thank god we didn't have a protest as I believe stuff like that for the next few games might will work against us and at least the players put in a spirited performance.
Above is only my opinion of course
Where's Flavio going to walk to?
Who in there right mind would stump up the cash for this club. Maybe it's just me but I can't see where the investment opportunity is. I don't think its a question of Flavio walking but more of a question of whether he can actually find a purchaser for the club.
Flavio will never 'walk' and why should he? 'Walk' implies he'll walk away for nothing. He is soon to be a father and will need every penny. My concern, as always, is what he considers that he has spent is the club's debt.
His F-in C-club has cost the club lots, but put no premium whatsoever on the value of the club,
so why should we (the club) pay for it. Players contracts (despite the fact that they have been drafted by a Baboon are one thing, that Playboy club is something totally different!
