Asin washington played left sided of a three & sylla & pav etc....
QPR first half XI
Goalkeeper: Joe Lumley
Had a nervy opening, mis-controlling the ball early on putting his team under pressure. Should have done better with Charlton's second goal. 5
Right back: Darnell Furlong
An assured presence at right-back. That jersey very much looks like his to lose based on this evidence. 6
Central defender: Toni Leistner
A quiet start for the defender as he had very little to do. Did well in the air and looked fairly comfortable with the ball at his feet. 6
Central defender: Giles Phillips
Looked impressive during his time on the pitch. A composed presence on the ball and looked dominant on the ball. 7
Left back: Niko Hamalainen
Put in a decent display as he tries to work his way into the first team squad. Won a couple of key aerial duels and looked to get forward at every opportunity. 7
Central midfielder: Josh Scowen
Sat as a deep-lying midfielder protecting the back four from Charlton's attack. Put in a typically rugged display. 7
Central midfielder: Ilias Chair
Looked lively in the middle of the park, holding onto the ball and moving it around with pace. Put some dangerous balls into the area from set plays. 8
Central midfielder: Ebere Eze
A slow start but showed some encouraging bursts of pace. Scored a sublime goal before the break as he weaved through the defence before slotting home. 7
Right winger: David Wheeler
Great to see the 27-year-old make his mark after such a lengthy lay-off. Looked a little rusty but will grow in fitness as the summer progresses. 6
Left winger: Bright Osayi-Samuel
Looked lively on the left flank, cutting inside and using his pace and power to cause problems. A constant threat. 8
Striker: Matt Smith
A strong presence who made a complete nuisance of himself in attack. Had a couple of half chances but failed to capitalise. Had a header cleared off the line. 6
QPR second half XI
Goalkeeper: Matt Ingram
Put in a very assured performance. Made some crucial saves and looked comfortable between the sticks. 7
Right back: Osman Kakay
A decent display. Looked assured in defence but could have offered more going forward. 6
Central defender: Alex Baptiste
A reasonable performance. Occasionally caught off-guard by the ball in behind but generally coped with what was thrown at him.Scored QPR's third of the day with a good header. 6
Central defender: Charlie Owens
Usually a midfielder, Owens had a good game in defence. As well as being a physical presence, he was constantly looking for the ball to get the team playing. 7
Left back: Jake Bidwell
A typically efficient performance from the full-back. Looked assured in defence and provided good width for the QPR attack. 6
Central midfielder: Ryan Manning
Used in the deep-lying role previously occupied by Scowen. Not his best position but certainly looked impressive in a more disciplined role. 7
Central midfielder: Luke Freeman
Looked a little bit off the pace. Tried to play the killer pass but it often didn't come off for him. Grew into the game but he'll hope to do better next time out. 6
Central midfielder: Jordan Cousins
Put in a really energetic display in midfield. Looked really keen to impress during the second half as he worked box-to-box to aid both defence and attack. 8
Left winger: Conor Washington
Put in a real shift on the left flank. Scored an excellently-taken finish to bring the score level in the second half. 7
Right winger: Pawel Wszolek
A decent display. Looked to cut inside to support the QPR attack but it didn't quite happen for him. 7
Striker: Idrissa Sylla
Offered very little in attack. Provided very little in terms of work ethic and found himself not in the correct position at crucial moments. 4
Substitutes
Aramide Oteh (replaced Idrissa Sylla): Made an immediate impact, breaking from the left and setting up Luke Freeman for a good effort on goal. Had a header cleared off the line late on. 7
