I just think Washington needs to calm his head down when he has his chances. Smacks of panicking and like someone who has very little experience when on the ball. He needs to gain a lot of composure to be better. He just tends to hit the ball without thinking where it's going unlike a Messi, Henry type. Maybe McClaren can try and teach him that.
