A bit sad to see Holloway go. He was given a tough job. If you look at the stats he didn't do well but he brought through some quality young players into the first team and managed our injury crisis as best he could. I'm not excited about McClaren at all, another one off the management merry-go-round.

I can understand maybe trying a new formation for say 10 games to see how it goes. However he wasted two thirds of a season on a system we clearly didn't have players for and just didn't work. Should have known in first place we didn't have players for it and to then keep it in place for so long was inexplicable. Was lucky to have been kept on after last season's embarrassing collapse almost took us down from a position of safety and, in my view, farked up his second chance. Was plain incompetent at times.
Things had improved a bit but I have to say I strongly suspect that came about as a result of someone having harsh words with him about formation, line ups and some players being selected no matter how poor they were form wise.
Great character but for me right decision. No idea how new man will do but sadly, given his long connection with the club, Ollie was not the answer.

Leniency? that's for wimps.
Needs to shave off that isolated bit of hair at the front of his head too and embrace baldness like a real farking man.Last edited by Brian Wilson; 11-05-2018, 10:47 AM.

We want a manager with passion who lives and breathes QPR, and whose moment of greatest pride would be taking Rangers back to the top table.
