Tarbie. We need a coach to get the best out of these young lads and for me he is the man. As for communication skills we have had enough of that bs the last 7 years so lets get a bloke in to do his job which is to build a decent team to watch and help.and develop young talent.

We have had the biggest loose cannon in charge for 18 months who most would like to see move on and in the not too distant past Redknapp so a quieter approach may not be such a bad thing. That would also show a bit of ambition and thinking outside the box.

No disrespect to CR, he has his role as others have said, a very good coach to have in the system but I certainly don't want him as the manager!

Can't manage anyone in any line of work with your mouth shut mate. That's all I'm saying. Scholes just doesn't strike me as the type that would take to management that well. I could be totally wrong of course!

Never courted publicity does not mean he has no voice, Most respected English player of the last 25 years outside of this country. Good number 2 with him and can see him doing well and most importantly give us an identity which has been missing.

The obvious plus with CR is his knowledge of and relationship with the youngsters. Seems to me that bringing young players through is a key part of our longer term strategy.

All I ask this time is that whatever manager we get and whatever restraints are put on us in terms of finances, that the club are honest with us.

In fairness to IH, if when he was appointed we were told that his remit was to keep us afloat and bring a few youngsters through, then we could had a lot more appreciation for the job he has done. Unfortunately, we were told both upon his arrival and the start of this season that the aim was top 6, which never really went hand in hand with developing the younger players. Hardly surprising, given our stated expectations, that IH has come in for the stick he has, which actually is a little unfair on him, although he could have done a bit more to help himself.

Danny Murphy, Gerrard, Lampard, Paul Scholes. Really? Not a single game managed between them. Exactly my point about fans with pie in the sky attitude towards names.

Not being funny but let me state a few obvious points to you.

                      1) Responsible for bringing through numerous youngsters into the first team for the time in what 40-50 years?

                      2) Highly respected in football circles unlike your crush Hollowhead

                      3) Saved your boys job by coming in and advising him and was obviously the man to get him to ditch his pathetic 352 fantasy

                      4) We are QPR not Barcelona. People need to be realistic and stop picking names out of a hat just because they sound good on the Telly. Never heard anything so ridiculous. This is real life not FIFA 18

                      5) Your boy is soon to be gone and I can't wait

                        Hmmm.

Not a sniff on anything oddswise. If this is happening, I'd have expected market activity and I'm seeing zilch.

No it was just a thought mate not an ITK post.

Im open to anyone coming in but don't expect anyone decent after TF confirmed there will be v little transfer activity this summer. Trying to put a realistic slant on things believe it or not

I was critical of Ramsey and his appointment at the time but in hindsight he was literally thrown to the lions. He had no chance.

A club in turmoil, struggling in the PL, players on fortunes who didn't give a monkeys. He had no chance and was just trying to fight fires at the time.

He now would have an average squad with a multitude of talented youngsters coming through to work with. He has a fantastic record with young players and despite the expected rough start within the youth set up they are now doing really well on all levels.

We have not seen a batch of young players hit the first team like this in my lifetime. Credit to him for that.

I think we should keep our our feet on the ground, don't look for big name managers and appointing Ramsey someone who knows the club and set up / players inside out could be a really shrewd move. Make no bones about it, he'd of learned a hell of a lot since the last debacle.

Its all about timing & then wasn't right, I believe now could be.
In my opinion, Ramsey is one of the most important people at the club. He's helped develop all the great youth players we now have in the first team and waiting in the wings and I don't think its a coincidence that once he was brought in as a assistant coach to help Ollie when Fleming left, that our results started to turn about and that we switched to a 4-4-2. I would not want him as manager though. For the simple reason is that he is so good in his current position and we have to keep that going as only through developing youth are we going to progress. It would be like moving Luongo from the centre of the park to right back - might work but don't you want him playing in his best position? Ramsey is too good a developer of talent to me moved to first team coach/manager

Wouldn't want him. He has already failed once.
