The cottage is prime real estate. Worth a lot more than Loftus Road if you were to turn it in to luxury flats. These guys don't get in to it for the love of the club.
Man City is a massive tax write off, for example. They were 3rd division dogturd a decade or so ago.
What makes me laugh is the worry that we once had about the 10 million ABC loan. Now you can't buy an average championship player for that!Comment
