I keep hearing that these set of players are poor, well they were not the night before we played Leicester City. Something has gone seriously wrong, but I don't believe it was a false postiion. We were playing teams off the park and Writtler will say those teams were struggling. Do me a favour, you can only beat what is in front of you and against Reading we had 10 men for most of it and still won. Could this team do it now?

Writtler, we outplayed a very good Newcastle team at St James's Park and beat Cardiff away comfortably, that little period most fans were getting excited. Of course its gone pear shaped now and we do have to blame someone, but reality is the place was buzzing.

Before Mahon and Rowlands injuries, I find anyone hard pressed to think we would not at least make a play off spot. I cannot put my finger on it now, why we are so bad. Confidence is a great thing in football and we have not having any luck. Not disputing we were utter c.rap against Forest and peterboro by all accounts, but against Scunthorpe on another day we could have won. We just need to win an ugly game, then confidence might be restored.

No question the atmosphere currently has effected the players but cannot see what more we the fans can do. Having to watch these games has been very painful even for the most ardent fans
Pete, spot on post. Not 100% about the last paragraph though. Think we can do a lot more by somehow trying to cheer the team on during games or at least not booing, ALTHOUGH, i sympathise that it does take some effort to cheer what we are seeing at the mo (but that is what we have to somehow do),

Totally agree re our performances in Oct / Nov. Best football i have seen from a QPR team in years. Reinforces the point i make though that Gianni has not signed only dud players and yet we moan when all these duds go on to places like Watford and produce the goods.

Did you boo the team after the Bristol City game ? If so, do you call yourself a supporter ?

Did you boo Mahon that day ?

HOw are you going to approach the game against Ipswich ? Are you going to support QPR or Ipswich ?

Gianni would still be pillared and ridculed if we were in the top 6. the difference is those people would talk amongst themselves and not on the internet, because they would be shot down. Point proved in october and November.

not too worried about that, more important things to worry about. We need a b.loody win, the more this goes on the more we the fans will panic and so too will the players. Players must now becoming to the stage of really thinking what they need to do win a game. Unlike most people I think Legiterwood will be a big miss and that right side on Monday will be very weak, though guessing Connolly will go right back.

We cannot keep saying that the next game is vital, the players need to do the talking on the pitch. Lets not hear anything from them before Tuesday and get a result, that would be my advice.

So why did you get frustrated when i highlighted these incidents of booing as being not examples of supporting QPR. I will never boo either and think it is wrong to do so.

That´s really beyound my humble understanding really. But It could be that simple that every other club and player we tried turned us down.
Speaking about certain players attitude;no names mentioned, but I do hope some of them in the nearest future doesnt find their fingers burnt when you take into account that it isent excatly a typical market of employees anymore..worldwide as well ofcourse.

Out of all the games you have seen Ikeme play, which was his best performance?

He was very good against Scunthorpe United.

              Dire against Forest.

us fans need a boo boy to get the juices flowing.

Santos, Mahon, Ageymnag and Hall have been the most recent.

I personally think Rowlands has been a massive loss to us. Thought he recovered very well after his last injury.

Does he have any chance of getting fit for the tail end of the season do you know?

Conners - People like you have an uncanny knack of making a bad situation worse even though you are full of good intentions. Quite incredible.

Are you sure you are not Ali Russell? I think there is this link because your communication skills are absolutely horrendous! the worst I think I have ever witnessed on these boards. You would fit into the QPR management very well indeed.

I actually feel you have made valid points but you have no idea how to convey them. All you do is turn people against you as you come across as a pompus t it. I am not saying you are that, but I am not suprised at all that this is how you are perceived.

One point I very much disagree with is that in my opinion all fans are the same from every club. It is totally illogical to think otherwise. The QPR fans present reaction is normal under the circumstances and would happen at any other club put under the same shambolic conditions. The momment an owner of any business blames the fans/customers it is the begining of the end. A poor move and feeble excuse which I am afraid is what I believe you are by spouting your dislike and hatred of the fellow fan. That is not the answer and never is.

However, your point raised that nobody is bigger than the club is very true.

An alternative point of view for you would be, have you ever thought that the fans protests may be in the hope that they will force the board into a change of direction. Maybe the fans care so much they want to force a change. Funnily enough it is not the fans that want to turn round and say I told you so. They just want 3 points and success. No, it's other people who want to do that. The board have created this feeling of them and us, not the fans.

Mr Lofty, I appreciate the constructive post.

On the playing side, I don't actually thing the board has done too many things drastically wrong. Rowlands has been a cruel loss. Had he remained fit, we could have easily attracted a top striker to bolster the team, even a good one on loan.

Don't want to keep going on about the fans, my comments are well known.

As for your last point about protesting for change of direction, I would be able to understand that and think that the protesters may be a chance of success if they were not chanting things like "Flavio is a w*****" whilst protesting. That is what i have a problem comprehending.

You will never ever get a paying customer to cheer, support, be happy or whatever you want to call it, total dross. It just will not happen and you are very naive to think they should or will.

Pete, you are at a loss to what has gone wrong. In these situations only one set of people can take the can. They are called management. they are paid to sort it and make it better. They clearly have not, end of. One thing is for sure, our squad has been unbalanced ever since the takeover. Of course some signings have been very good but on the whole that word, unbalanced. Here lays the problem. It has been like a disease getting worse and worse. In any other walk of life or any other club come to think of it heads would roll. Not QPR of course, we just blindly carry on sacking each coach. Pathetic.

Mr Lofty, re your first point, do you think that someone that boos is supporting their team ?

Don't agree with point either about management taking full responsibility. What about the fans that booed the team off against Bristol City. Are they not responsible also ?

I would hate to play for QPR at this time. Fans moan about top players not coming even on loan. It is not for the want of trying to get these guys in. Good players don't want to come, one because of the management and two, because of the fans.

Our players cant even walk to their cars without being booed.
