We have not brought in the replacement needed but Jim Magilton is to blame on the pitch.

I'm surprised you manage to get up in the morning and tie your own shoe laces.

There are 2 men responsible for this mess; the first and most cupable IMO is Paladini who's interference for personal gain has dictated our transfer policy and secondly that man Briatore whose ego, ignorance and stupidity for giving the former free reign have put us where we are.

      This is no managers fault.

So many theories,I heard none of the squad put their hand up for Magilton to stay.

          Guessing it was player power.

You beat Derby 4-2 away from home and even though we were 2-0 down, knew we would win. Good spirit in the camp and winning mentality. Hardly a wisper about the boad then

Magilton felt like every other fan that he was being cheated with performances like the ones against Middlesborough and Watford and laid into them. I suspect any fan who could have the privielge of being in the dressing room after those matches would have done the same thing.

Trouble is, it never stayed in the dressing room.

Look at us now, Harford's had how many games in charge? 4 is it. If we can't give a manager a good run ie. at least a season. Why do we get annoyed when the board does the same? Let's stick with Harford, give a season and let him form his own team.
