No he's not good, he's very very average

So what if he comes up with a goal or two per season? Still average and terribly inconsistent

When in midfield he takes away the flow of our attacking play, because he's slow, has terrible passing and no first control

As for him beeing at right back. The way he played vs Middlesborough, must have been the worst full back performance in Rangers history. And yes I remember Bruce, Warren, Rehman etc

And I think he's no good as our captain either. His head drop to easy and I can't see any leadership skills. Not good enough for Palace or Sheffield United, but here in Briatore and Paladini cuckooland we give him a golden contract :anger:

legs is a good player and needs to find his boots again.

ramage is alright but needs to find form.

remeber who got us the point against blackpool at home.

rember who scored the winner against ******* city
I'm sorry but I can't show support to a player that shows no disire or commitment to the blue and White hooped shirt of qpr.

Scored against Blackpool! Wow peter ramage your my hero! He scored with yet another miss hit cross for god sake!!! How many times a match does he do all the hard work then shank a cross into the stands? It just so happens that against Blackpool his shanked cross went in! To be fair to ramage he does try his best and I give him credit for that but at the end of the day his best ain't good enough yeah that might be harsh but it's fact. I like the fella he always comes over and claps us fans win lose or draw but that don't excuse the fact we need better

It is laughable that some on here think he is good. He was shocking today and I was glad when the ref sent him off! At least the piece of sh1t can't play for 3 games! Does us all a favour!

The only reason he's in the side is because Rowlands and Mahon got injured, Watson went from good to bad, now even Quashie and Faurlin is prefered in the middle ahead of him. So should Buzsaky. That would make him our 6th choice in midfield. So let's play him on the wing and give in a nice long contract :horror:

If all our players played like Leigertwood we would have no problems whatsoever.
If you're looking for a scapegoat there are about 9 first team players in line before him and a whole board off the pitch.
                Unbelievable.

44 years i have seen some poor players and a poor player is one who cant control a ball and pass to a teamate and leigertwood is not very good at doing either of them.

Poor player. Can't control the ball first touch is poor, second touch is a tackle. Not a captain doesn't motivate other players around him.Might have a decent strike occassionally lets give a new contract. :horror:

Why was he playing right mid? Or have I got it wrong?

                            He's not a winger
We're Queens Park Rangers, we rule supreme

If he was on the right it's a joke he's not a winger it's just a case of trying to fit him in as he's somehow captain.

Why the hell aren't ephraim or balanta given a chance they would show more fight, spirit and desire than him.

fair play malcolm you beat me by 10 years!
However, in that time I've seen countless prima donnas and proper useless players who hide when the chips are down and are useless even in their favoured position.
Liegertwood on the other hand has consistently showed for the ball in every position he's played in and never resorted to the useless hoof which I've never paid to watch at Loftus Rd.
His work rate and energy, even when he's having a poor game puts many players past and present to shame.
I would prefer a player in the team when the chips are down who looks for the ball and then looks to play it to feet every day of the week. Same as Mahon who also seems to get unreasonable stick for trying to do the right thing.
It's funny how he's one on this board who is suddenly seen as a saviour and a reason it's all gone wrong since he's been out. He was getting nothing but crucified here when he was playing.
So easy to make scapegoats of players who continue to look for the ball when things are bad when the likes of Rammage and Ephraim seem to get away with it by hoofing and hiding.
Anyway, that's the beauty of football, we all have different opinions. But I'd have Legs in goal over some of the rabble who make the excuse of being footballers at our club at the moment.
