    Harford is not the answer, but changing managers wont change the situation 1 iota, whether its now or in the summer.

      I'm not optimistic no, my honest opinion is I'd say its about 50/50 whether we will stay up. Clearly we are in free fall and on any form guide must be near the bottom of the league. BUT - and it is a big but - at some point you have to stick with what you have because a) another sacking will only make the players even more disinterested and b) we will get someone worse.
      The one thing we had going for us was we cd offer big money, now we can't even do that. So who wd we get? I honestly think Alex Ferguson wd struggle to turn it round given what has gone on behind the scenes. I'm against sacking the manager precisely because I am so pesimistic - I just don't get this naive idea of lots of fans that there's another brilliant manager just over the rainbow. Nine managers in, they must all see that, surely?
