Late 80's but saw the best of Sir Les and that is all that matters
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

the buzz going into the ground was ..as a kid proper scarey...those were the days when there was 25,000-30,000 at home games..but there was an undercurrent of trouble waiting to happen. the noise from the loft in them days would deafing you. to this day the smell of the hotdogs and burger vans remind me of QPR of old!!mmmmmmm

I saw some games at White City, think you'll find it was 62-63.
I was born '55, you must be about same age as me.

I went for the best team at the time, and the one with Stan Bowles in it.
