Putting These 5 Managers In Order Of Your Preference
De Canio
magilton
Dowie
Sousa
Hart.........Hart should have never jot the job De Canio the football was improving all the time Magilton the football was the best i have seen in years(until fb came back to the UK) Dowie The football was ugly but would have got us up. Sousa i though the football was rubbish very negative. All i can remember him saying how proud he is of this and that.
Mark the huge gap between De Canio and the rest. I will also stress that Hart dident get a chance at all.
Shania, Hart is a rubbish manager, check out his stats. It isn't anything to do with having no time.
Don't forget that he did get a chance, but chose to quit after it seems he was told he couldn't send Taarabt & Simpson back, sell Buzsaky & Agyemang, amongst others and bring in Faye, Quashie, Smith, Folan and Cousin so that he could play direct football.
I know we all have differing opinions, but can fans please enlighten me as to why they reate Magilton.
I know QPR played some attacking football, but defensively QPR were all over the place.
He destroyed all the hard work the dfenders put in under Dowie & Sousa.
He didn't achieve much better whilst at Ipswich. They too, played some good football, but had totally inconsistant results and apart from making the play-offs in one season, finished in mid-table in the other 2 or 3.
1) Magilton
2) De Canio
3) Dowie
4) Hart
5) sousa (Who should be shot)
Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
Dowie 53.3 % win record
magilton 37.5% win record
De Canio 34.3 % win record
Ainsworth 28% win record
FACT SOUSA 26.9% win record
Paul Hart 20% win record:shocked::scorn::amazing::horror::bad_smile:
Fair enough, Magilton won slightly more games than either De Canio or Sousa at QPR. We could end up debating the quality of the players at their disposal all night long.
Fact is Magilton had a far better squad than Sousa to pick from, as well as De Canio, when you compare some of the dross he had when he took over i.e. Cullip, Rehman, Bignot, Bailey, Bolder, Moore etc.
I wont include Ainsworth as 7 games is hardly worth calling a spell as manager (I am not just refering to Hart's spell at QPR).
If we were to compare career stats I doubt very much if Magilton would compare anywhere near as favourable.
