After some brilliant wins to get to the final we played like a bunch of strangers and got torn apart by b****y Oxford.
Same as. You could of got 11 cub scouts together and they would have played Rangers of the park.
Opinions are like A******s, everyone has one, but nobody wants to see the other guy's.

If we're using boring as the criteria then without question for me it has to be Feb 75 at home against Middlesborough, who were managed by Jack Charlton, it finished 0-0.

For disappointment, then the Milk Cup final without a doubt.
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

Can you ever really pinpoint the stand out worse ever as there have been so many.
Each most recent one feels like the worse........

On reflection I'd have to say Grimsby away -- terrible train journey up taking cross country shunters, awful game and the Grimsby "firm" able to large it all day due to there being hardly any R's there. The walk back to the station was a joke and so frustrating it was beyond belief.
To cap it all the train home broke down outside kings X and we sat there for 2 hours leaning to one side in half darkness.

                I bl00dy love football me.
I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.

I agree. Shocking Helgusson missed the easiest chances ever and the Norwich goal was Stewart at his best.....
