Quaz it's a 10 point deduction for going into Admin. It would be pretty much impossible to go into Admin more tha once in a season and if you are asking whether we will be penalised greater for going into Admin for the second time in our history I believe the answer is no.

bournmouth have been in and out of admin and were deducted 17 pts the other season...but not sure if all to do with admin??

I know its a moot point but i heard yesterday that if a team in the premier league goes into Admin, the penalty is only 9 points, i know its only 1 point difference but why should there be different rules, makes me sick

If you go into administration, you will receive a 10 point deduction. If you come out of administration, and then go back into administration, you'll receive a 10 point deduction, and so on.

So, if you are in administration, the administrators have a duty of care to establish a viable business model to rise from the ashes; if this cannot be achieved, you will remain in administration, or be wound up.

So, the Q, is largely academic, imho.
