1. Appoint a manager give him a budget and let him get on with it and most importantly give him time to mould a team even if it takes a few years
2. Go on a massive PR exercise to get the fans back on board
3. sort the prices
Season tickets £400.00 anywhere in the ground for adults . Concessions £200
Match day prices £20.00 adults
Concessions £10.00
4. sort the scouting network out
5. Invest in the youth setup
6. communicate with the fans even if they have to employ someone on the offcial message board to answer reasonable concerns (Villa chairman communicates in this way) , also get the fans forum back every 3 months.
That for would be a fine start and would see a lot of the negativity disappears overnight the fans would feel part of the club again
