Sending Taarabt back to Spurs would be unpopular with fans of the talented show pony, but would be a clear sign to the rest of them that they have to work for eachother as a team, or p*** off.

It's not just changing the players that needs addressing, it's the style of play. We do not have the players to play the long ball system, it doesn't work for us. The last two games we have started to launch the ball from back to front and it has got us nowhere. We need to get back to playing football on the ground.
