I personally am happy the board have decided to take on board the fans views and lowered prices, and extended the time limit to purchase them. They may still be expensive, and it shouldnt have taken so much effort - however it is good that they have acted in my opinion and i dont think we could have expected much more than a 5% decrease, which isnt too bad. Who has now purchased a ticket? Are things looking any better?

I hate the spin they have put out about the season tickets. They announced they were lowering the prices the day after sacking Sousa and because of the current economic climate. If they were that concerned about the current economic climate, they would have lowered the prices in the first place.
And it's not a 5% reduction, it's 2.5%!Last edited by HammersmithR; 15-04-2009, 11:14 AM.First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

We renewed all 4 two days after getting the forms -- despite the many voices on here urging us not to (many of whom are now treating Flav's statement as gospel truth, I notice -- fickle or what?).
Costs a fortune, but we sacrifice A LOT to follow Rangers, and would never let a board get between us and supporting the team (which is the reason we come!)Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

I've not renewed yet but I will - As far as I'm concerned any reduction is a good reduction. I hope by extending the early-bird, QPR fans who are in a lower earning wage bracket will be abel to renew and get the benifit of the delayed renewal & lower price.... in saying that, the end of June would have been better, with a £50 reduction across the whole exsiting ST fan-base. Still when your begging I guess you have to take what your given. :very_sad:R.I.P Steve Edwards, Neil Roberts & Trevor Kingham

I said I wouldnt renew unless there was a reduction. I really didnt expect the club to back down and had resigned myself to buying match by match.
With the u turn by the club I will now probably renew although the "termination" of sousa and todays flavio "interview" hardly has me rushing to the box officeits New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks
