right it is now a time for a massive clearout, right through the club. this club needs a shake up as everything is pointing to going wrong. the fans are disolussioned, the players dont play, the board dont spend. it all points to failure.
first. we need flavio out. he is ruining this club. he wont let any players sign, and seems intent on running the whole club himself (including manager) and we just cant carry on like this. we need new players, he wont let it happen.
second. we need a manager to be appointed for the long term. i think this will only happen once flavio goes. he just cant resist sacking someone. until this happens we wont go anywhere. you need consistency and a manager needs the tools and support to stamp his authority on the club, something that flavio doesnt allow.
third. we need a clear out of players. this current bunch have become too 'happy' with their contracts and dont have the heart for this club. they dont seem bothered to play or even perform. there is no doubt we have a talented team (not squad) but tbh for too long now they keep coming out and saying 'we are better than this, we should be up there' and they dont prove it to us on a regular basis. the squad needs a revamp. another one, which we have had to do far too many times.
fourth. the fans need to start backing the club, players and get LR rocking again.
conclusion. the last three WILL NEVER HAPPEN until flavio gets out of this club. only a few years ago the fans felt so close to the club we were willing to do anything for it. now flavio with his price rises, poor communication, failure to keep promises, selling top players, bringing in too many medicore players and loans has driven many fans away.
this club will not move forward until he goes. we may go backwards at first but we are not going anywhere.
