Flavio needs to go and we can change the system of having a manager to manage and Gianni to deal with contracts if need be.
If Flavio remains, Gianni needs to stay otherwise I suspect the calibre of players would be worse than they are now.
The ego that is Flavio would not let a manager make decisions, partly because he wouldn't trust them with his money. Thats the reality, not spin.ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.
