Ok, i'm about to get really shot down here, but it's generally a subject that i just ignore in all honesty.

Why the hatred for Paladini?

What has he done that is so very wrong? Surely any decisions that he makes etc, still have to be approved at board level?

He arranges all of the transfer dealings correct, but then still, this needs to be approved at board level surely.

I don't think there is any hatred to be fair.

Just a lot of fans question his position as Sporting Director.

Maybe, but i say one thing about the board, they clearly lack ambition, or there interpretation of the word differs to mine. But they are all good businessmen, there bank accounts don't lie.

If Paladini did nothing at all, then they would get rid of him, surely.

Of course he does loads of things...if you want to use google you can find out a lot..or ask for the opinions of ex-players and managers...such as

So - selling Wayne Routledge was purely business and too cut wage bill and not to pay off other debts etc.
