But, for me, Routledge has shown a lack of interest over the last few months and this is something he has been doing his whole career. He did it at Place, Tottenham on loan at Fulham and perhaps even at Villa, although not sure if he even got a game there - maybe he didn't convince O'Neill in training that he deserved a game.

Ideally, I would rather keep him and see if he can recapture his form, but it seems quite clear that the FB & Co will not continue to bankroll the club (probably via loans anyway) and that there is no transfer kitty.

QPR need good full backs and a striker. So how else will they get these if the owners wont fund the signings? No one wants to buy Agyemang, Hall, Vine, Alberti or Ephraim etc.

To be truthful, I have had enough of believing that the owners are going to deliever PL football to QPR.

The mentality they have shown so far, is that unless we mugs (fans) are prepared to pay silly money to fill up a cramped, with poor views & facilities stadium, watching mid-table football, then they are not going to put any serious money into the club.
I think our problem was that we were in the mire and we were desperate back in January 2008 so we gave lengthy contracts and big salaries to whoever we could get our hands on. At the time this was Agyemang, Hall, Vine, Buzsaky and ever since we've suffered as a result. If you continue to use the same agency who'll no doubt know what other players from that agency are on then you'll continue paying high salaries.

If I'm not wrong the likes of Cook, Legiertwood, Hall, Routledge, Borrowdale and a few others are all from the same agency. If one player get given a massive salary then the agency will do all that it can to get all of those players similar deals.

Now we are in the mire again trying to get these sort of players of the wage bill before the club goes bust.

The fans would quite probably have filled up LR this season if the club had lowered prices in pre-season, bought some full backs, keeper and 2 strikers.

Maybe this wouldn't have been within the club's means, but it would probably have taken QPR up to the PL.

I refuse to pay £30 each game to suffer poor views with cramped facilities, watching two slow full backs and only one fit & decent striker with no real competition for the goalkeeper. It's mid table mediocrity and that is worth no more than the £20 FB thinks we pay.

Routledge, on reflection, is probably our player of the season so far. He is our most incisive player by some margin, and with a proper centre forward he's have been even more effective.

If we sell him it doesn't matter as long as we bring in someone as good or better. If we don't then it is a joke. Buzz is NEVER a right midfielder. Hogan is a promising player but frankly unproven still. If we sell Wayne we better use that money for buying players who will improve the first team. Get the feeling Flavio is cashing in then running.

You are probably correct. QPR only really seem to use one agency, and as you say, they know what each player is earning and will try and at least match that.

Perhaps this is why QPR need to change strategy and perhaps sell as many as they can from that agency and in future sign players from different ones. Of course it is easier said than done.

Hall, for instance, supposedly, wants a pay rise to join Newcastle.

Agyemang Vine & Co. wont leave for less money either, so QPR will have to let them run down their contracts or pay them off. Either option is costly.

But, it does amaze me that the club had get ridiucled for bringing in so many players, need to be a bit savvy with finances and shouting from the rooftops if we sell Routledge. If, it means we bring other players I'm all for it.

I will say again, Routledge apart from Exeter away has hardly been fantastic.

Cook on the left, Buzz or Hogan on the right have no problem with that
            Some quotes you have made in the last couple of months. The most recent first;

-You'll be happy to know despite enquiries for Routledge and Buzsacky, we want to keep our best players and they are not going anywhere

-Routledge is not going anywhere according to my sauces.

-It is obvious to fans who watch QPR regularly. I'd rather say the ones I'd keep.

            Gorkss
            Connolly
            Borrowdale
            Legiterwood
            Faurlin
            Routledge

-Routledge will score goals, he gets himself into good positions. I wish that Magilton doesn;t tinker with him too much and keep him alongside Simpson, especially at home.

-I also forecast, that even though Routledge missed a couple of sitters against Palace, he will score 5 more goals by the end of the year and maybe more.

I'll keep that one on record and come back...

            -drop Routledge?/

            Now, I know your mad:what:

-Truth is if we got promoted and were able to stay in the premiership, I could see Connolly and Routledge getting the chance to play at least a friendly for England

-Routledge will score goals, he does everything right. Players cannot score ever game, the fact he got good chances against Palace and Sheffield Wed, is great because he will find the back of the net...

-Routledge not going Newcastle or anywhere else.

            -He's small, he's fast and ###xing dynamite
            Is it Shaun Wright-Phillips? No he's sh*te!
            No it's not Arron Lennon,
            Someone better tell 'em,
It's our Wayne Routledge on the right

            Singing we;ve...

            -Routledge won't be going anywhere

The only one we have to worry about is tarrabt, if a premiership club say bid over 3 million for him, then we need our power of negiotiations.

Routledge has been one of our best players this season (ok not saying a lot ).....he obviously wants to leave the circus.

Yes. Theres more if you like. Just a simple search will show you.

I just find it odd how Pete changes his mind so dramatically about a player once he gets the nod that we are selling him.

I vote your next name should be Hall for England.

of course routledge has looked a bit p**d off, he is playing for a club that makes Haiti look well run. But only at QPR wd the solution to this problem be to get rid of arguably our best (non loan) player while keeping the likes of agyman. Oh, and still somehow expecting promotion and sacking another manager when it doesn't happen. quite extraordinay, even by our standards.

Sir Les, I suspect if the right bid comes in, we might sell Buzsacky as well.

At the moment no club has matched our valuation for Routledge
